Would like to be close to Eastbourne but will move to nearby towns but not Bexhill or Hastings. Our home has a stair lift that was fitted by Stannah in 2007,a wet room which is fully tiled and was fitted in 2007,also hand rails at front and back door these can be removed also. Our house is nicely decorated with carpets upstairs and in the front room. The hallway downstairs is tiled also the kitchen which has under floor heating. The back garden is patio with a little border on one side for flowers. There is a very large shed 8 x 12 ft. with full electrics. We have schools and shops close by. We live on an estate but at the edge so it is very quite. There is car parking spaces out the front so plenty of space for everyone. The front of the house has grass but this is kept cut and tidy by the housing association. hi we are looking to move to a bungalow or 2/3 bedroom house with a large bedroom and down stairs toilet in Eastbourne Pevensey Polegate or Hailsham non estate would be nice.
