I have 3 very good sized bedrooms/ Front garden with driveway/ Large back garden all fenced off/ first floor consists of front passage, bathroom with toilet, lounge, large kitchen diner. Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms. There is gas central heating and double glazed windows. The house is carpeted through out apart from kitchen and bathroom which has lino floor covering. All the carpets have recently been professionally cleaned and stain guarded throughout. This is a housing association house and i have lived here for 11 happy years. It is situated on a very peaceful road with all residents very private. Neighbours are all very private people yet they are all very friendly and would greet you if they saw you. It is a very nice house with alot of potential and has recently also had loft insulation done too. If you moved here you would not be dissapointed. The nearest school is only 2 minute walk down the road and the bus stops are 5 minutes away. I don't have a reason for moving apart from the fact that i am just looking for a change with it being a new year and would like a change, hopefully one as nice and happy as this one and just as private. I just want somewhere on the outskirts of town like 2 or 3 miles from the town centre.
