Hi I have a 1 bed flat in a small development of flats given to mainly older people so it is a very quiet, peaceful place to live. It is on the first floor in a building of 2 flats (1 above and 1 below) so no block! It has a large living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, floored loft, an allotment on the same street, GCH, double glazing, leafy grounds front and back, and parking. It is near a small supermarket, bus routes, doctors, dentist and post office. The flat would be perfect for anyone who wants all their accommodation on one level, but up off the ground. It has general disabled adaptions (extra wide doorways, grab handles etc) but I am willing to make it fully adapted, including putting in a sit-down shower and stairlift, to make the right swap happen. Although if you just want a regular, unadapted flat, it is already perfect! I am looking for a 2 bed house with front and back gardens that are enclosed or able to be enclosed. I am willing to consider any area in the country but would prefer something rural or semi rural and detached.
