The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated. House consists of 3 bedrooms nice sizes, toilet and bathroom with electric shower fitted. Nice size lounge, hallway and kitchen diner. We have a lovely front lawn small fir trees up the side of the house when we have built a high gate to seperate the front and the back making it very secure. Back garden is large and we have recently put in 15 x 8ft Approx dark brown treated decking, it looks really lovely. We also have a shed that has been extended so the shed is large. We concreted out a small part of the of the garden approx 12 ft x 12ft to put our pool up on a hard standing. We are right next to a school which is a minute away, and a walkway takes you to school meaning children do not have to use any roads. Within 5 mins we have bus stops, new Tescos metro, shopping preceint and Doctors surgery. Plus pubs, bakers, post office etc. Most of the houses in this little cul-de-sac are privatley owned leaving only a couple which are housing association. There is parking to front and rear of property, and the are garages out the back entrance which are council owned for anyone wanting to register for a garage. I have real genuine reasons for a house move which are personnel. The house itself is very handy, nice size and very quiet. I am looking for a 3 bed or 4 bedroom or house with seperate dining area. I would prefer a end house or a semi with garden as i have a dog and children. I have to stay in the area due to schooling reasons so am not interested out of the required area im asking for.
