I have a 4 bed house for exchange. My house is in a village called Walsoken just outside Wisbech in Cambridgeshire. 4 beds upstairs toilet and bathroom, downstairs large lounge (approx 18ft), large kitchen (approx 24ft) utility room leading to downstairs toilet. Reasonable garden to back off road parking on driveway, rockery and shrubs to front. Close to schools, bus route village shops 5min walk, Wisbech town about 3 miles. The house is all electric with storage heaters in each room apart from the bathroom. It has a communal back yard, which is shared by 3 other persons. There is a very small garden at the front. Front and back doors are not double-glazed. All windows down stairs have just been replaced with double-glazing.
