We have a medium sized house with good living space suitable for a family of 4. Bedrooms are all normal sized with built in wardrobe space. There are 2 toilets [one up- one down] and the bathroom is spacious. The hall [which is large] and lounge floors are both laminated. The kitchen is at the front of the house facing onto a fair sized front garden that has a 3ft fence around. We also have a medium sized back garden which in all honesty needs some Tlc as rotovated it a year or so ago but not planted anything in it as of yet! We are barely a stones throw away from Tesco and town centre [which is easier to walk to than to drive to!] We are also near to both the Abbey Junior and Danetre school. Important to say..We have lived in this house for 20 happy years and have been blessed with nice neighbours[no lie]and have never had cause to fall out with any of them! In fact I would be more than welcome to intoduce you should you wish to meet any of them! :) The reason we are wanting to move is that both our son and daughter [and 5 grandchildren] live on Ashby fields and we would like to live a little nearer them!
