Windows big size and double glazing in sitting room which is area 5m * 3m the bed room , kitchen and toilet good size. The block behind little Vince canal and gardens around. The block is very secure the main entrance door and the door in each floor open by fob and we have porter work 7 days a week from 4 pm to 12 am. And camera in each lift. All you need near by and most the shop open till late. Restaurants, pharmacies, take way, groceries, pubs , claps , cinemas, off license, Tesco, Waitrose , Simsbury, mark and Spenser, banks , main post office , cost cutter , petrol station , 1 mint walk to bus stop. 2 mints walk to royal oak tube station 5 mints walk to sport centre 7 mints walk to queens way have mall open till 12 pm and 15 mints walk to hayed park . The people very nice friendly and helpful .2 mints walk to schools and collage. My floor have only 2 flats no hatcheck quite and you feel safe .
