Idealy I would like a large 3/4 bedroomed house with gardens, that has the potential for a downstairs bedroom for my daughter in the future , or 3 bedroom bungalow. Truro/ St Austell catchment areas preferred but any areas in South Devon considered, as we have family there, also Bath area would be good.
