Upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, each with a built in cupboard. Also upstairs we have a recently refurbished bathroom with bath/shower that has a wet room floor. On the side of the house there is a brick shed, a porch area, the laundry room (converted outside toilet) with the washing machine and tumble dryer in so that there are more cupboards in the kitchen. Then we have a large side garden which has a 10x10ft shed, a 10ft trampoline, a children's swing/see-saw set and ample room for our four children to run about in. The large garden also has a gate in the 6 ft fence which has been placed in ready for a driveway if desired. This would still leave plenty of room.
