I have very quiet neighbours, off road parking places, and no yellow lines on the road outside the garden gate so one can park straight outside the garden gate for unloading shopping etc. Lots of trees and shorter off road walks for older people. I dearly like where I am living but all that I do is in Warrington, so whenever I go out it is always a drive into Warrington, and if I lived in Warrington town centre I might not always need to use the car.
