Half of the back garden has been lovingley prepeard as an alotment area while the rest has been left with plenty of grass for BBQ's, socialising etc.. The bedrooms are 11ft by 12ft and 11ft by 11ft. The front room is around about the same size. The kitchen has a gas connection for the cooker as well as electric. Gas central heating with a combi boiler and double glazing. The bathroom contains combined shower and bath. (shower being electric) The previous occupier was a wheelchair user so it has the added bonus of having hand rail's fitted in the bathroom and a ramp leading up to the front door with wide steps leading down from the street, good for pushchairs and older people. It is on a small quiet est with good neighbours.There are all the amenities inc schools,shops,doctors and late night chemist near by. It is only 10 mins from centre of town. It has own private parking. The flat has own entrance and good neutral decor with laminate floors and good size bedrooms. doesnt have a garden but have a good size balcony but park is close and there is a communal garden. It is h/a i am looking for 2/3 bed house/flat/maisonette or bungalow council or h/a dont mind would like a garden but would consider if in the right area. The areas i am looking for are Hove,Porstlade, hangleton,mileoak, Southwick or even Shoreham-by-sea. Would also consider Bevendean, Coldean or Hollingbury.
