Swap from ANSTEY ROAD, Bournemouth TO Bournemouth or surrounding areas We have a two bedroom, semi-detatched house on Anstey Road in Bournemouth. Its in a lovely location with a big front garden and a large back garden. It has been converted into a four bedroom by the use of partition walls. One bedroom of normal size, One L-shaped smaller room, A rectangular shaped good sized room and a small room. Depending on the size of the swap house, we also have three large sheds in the back garden that could possibly stay. One of which is fully insulated and has double glazed windows. We have had extensive work done on the back garden and both the back and front are easily maintainable. The back garden has nearly new, good quality, six foot fences. And the front garden is fenced in the same manner with shorter fences. These are all with concrete fence posts and concrete kickboards.We have rear access to the back garden where there is a driveway that can fit three cars. It has thermostat controlled gas central heating. It also has a SPS Security system alarm pro-fitted throughout the house. We are looking for at least a three bedroom home with ample garden space for our five children. Preferably with a dining area that may be able to be converted into a fourth ( or more ) bedroom. We would like to stay in Bournemouth if at all possible, but are willing to go elsewhere if the house is right.
