1 bedroom semi detched house in bodmin 2 mins from school and bus stop and shops about 7mins from town center. my house is on a estate with 1 way in by car and another walking way.My house has a decent sized garde fence all the awy around it.Down stairs i have a bathroom decent size front room and a nice stair case,the kitchen is a nice size with a large cupboard under the stairs.Upstairs there are 1 very big double door wardrobe with a shelf the length of the wardrobe & another towel cuboard thats big enough you can use it as another wardrobe,you have a shower/bath in a decent sized toilet rooand then a nice big bedroom.It is a very big space for a 1 bed house.only reason for move is to be colser to family,
