SORRY NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED IN THIS FLAT we have a nice flat, in a quite neighbourhood. there is a small garden in the front which is now left up to the gardener and a big back garden shared by the 8 flats. there is parking space for your car at the front of the flats. the flat has 1 bedroom, living/dinning room, which leads to kitchen. a bathroom. airing cupboard. in the kitchen is a few cupbords, room for a cooker, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. gas central heating, double glazing windows. 2 locks on the door. SORRY NO DOGS OR CATS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS FLAT there is a spar and some take away places just up the road. there is also a swimming pool and gym, up the road. about 15 mins walk away there is a small retail park, with argos, halfords and more. 15 mins is also the town centre, there is a good sized asda, woolworths. a few pubs. bingo hall. there is a bus station and train station. a good taxi service. we are after a 1 or 2 bed roomed house or flat in biggleswade in a nice quite area. we want a medium to large garden back and front, as my partner has a rabbit which likes summer sun. if there was a shed it would be nice. good sized rooms. central heating by gas prefred. double glazed windows. a nice fire to curl up if possable but not nessary. thanks for looking
