I have a 2 bedroomed House in Dellmont Road,Houghton Regis. 5 Minutes from Bedford square (The Good end of Tithe Farm road for any one who knows the area) UPSTAIRS: it 2 Bedrooms,1 large room at the front and a smaller room at the back of the house A toilet/bathroom in one with an airing cupboard in between the bedrooms and a smallish landing! DOWNSTAIRS: It has again a smallish hallway leading to a decent sized Living room and a moderate sized kitchen The kitchen also leads to the backroom which can be used as many different rooms to your taste or the wall dividing the living room and back room can be knocked out to make 1 large living room as the wall was put up for myself and is easily taken down if need be. The whole house has Gas central heating,but does have a fireplace in the living room it also has electric and gas cooker points. It consists of a front and back garden in good sizes..the back garden has a large brick built shed which has a back shed and front shed enclosed!! THE AREA: The area is a nice place with friendly neighbours all around it is moderately clean & tidy around the streets and I myself have never had any trouble with kids nor seen any trouble with kids in this area. It has a parking area outside mainly for the 5 houses in my cul-de-sac area which means you are guaranteed a parking space most of the time (usually when someone is having a party or some 'do' that's when parking gets hectic) The house is situated 5 minutes from basically every where ie: Bedford square which has shops,post office,chemist,opticians etc etc, 2 lower schools 1 on each side of the house(not literally), doctors,bus stops, dentists & library. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: I am looking for a 3 bedroomed house in Dunstable or Houghton Regis ( Any questions please ask!
